Met Office Mountain Forecasts (Recommended!)

The met office produces weather forecasts for the mountainous regions of the UK. These are probably the most reliable for our purposes.

• The Yorkshire Dales
• The Welsh Brecon Beacons
• The Derbyshire Peak District

There is no 'mountain' forecast for the Mendips but the standard met office forecast should suffice.

MWIS Forecasts

As a second opinion MWIS forecasts could be used.

Windy Forecasts

To compare what the different weather models predict Windy.com has a great visualiser. For example here is the comparison for Ingleton.

Rain Gauges

It can be useful to see what recent rainfall has been like.
